Public Sector

‘Preventing, Protecting, Responding’

Those working within the public sector play a crucial role in keeping the country ticking over successfully and productively. In particular those who work in the emergency services, helping to keep the country safe, healthy and protected. But as a result of budget cuts, there have been cuts of overall public sector staff in the UK from 6.3 million in December 2010 down to 5.4 million by December 2016.

However, there is renewed focus for the future and ensuring public sector staff feels valued, energised and appreciated, and on how we can improve engagement and productivity to ensure front line services can deliver an efficient and effective service, especially those in the emergency services, who work tirelessly for the nation 24 hours a day.

‘Preventing, Protecting, Responding’ will be released in 2019. If your organisation would like to contribute or feature in the programme, please contact Alan Mason by email at
