Fabrication

Advanced Welding

While it all ends with the erection of structural steelwork, the overall process consists of the assembly of steel components into a frame on site. That procedure involves lifting and placing components into position, then joining them together. Generally, this is achieved through bolting, while at times site welding is being used too. The assembled frame needs to be aligned before bolting up is completed, and the structure handed over to the principal contractor. It is important to understand, that the ability to complete these processes in a safe, fast and budget smart way is influenced significantly by early decisions made during design long before erection commences.

Delivery & Erection

In case you do not order a full-cycle steelworks project with us, the delivery & erection of a structure will be the last step in the process and we will perform it absolutely flawlessly! Usually, customers order us to deliver the structural steel framing on site and afterwards erect and incorporate it into the construction’s structure. We’ve always been proud that the delivery of steelwork is largely undertaken by our own fleet and where necessary supplemented by sub-contract transporting companies if we see that fit. In turn, erection of structural steel is usually done by our own crew of mechanics.

This service is available both locally (in Texas) and nationally or abroad under our supervision by specialist sub-contractors. Our company is so sure in the successful end of each operation, that we proudly retain total responsibility and accountability for the delivery and erection.
